The unic, the tradition and the authentic
Sibaritas Ibéricos began its journey in a humble Market of Supplies in Andújar in the year 2017. At the helm were Joaquín and Ana, a couple with a dream: to embark on a business venture by opening a ham shop, as it had been Joaquín’s aspiration for years. He had developed a passion for hand-carving ham and products related to Iberian pork.
The beginnings were not easy, as both Ana and Joaquín came from humble backgrounds, and there was also the fear of investing in a project that would specialize in hand-carved ham without any local reference to rely on in their city.
But we took the leap, fully committing ourselves to this venture, working day and night, and sometimes many sleepless nights. But gradually, as everything in life, it started bearing fruit. By betting on quality products and continuously improving our way of working, our customer base grew stronger, and to this day, they still trust Sibaritas Ibérico.
We take great care of our hams.
From their selection to their preparation, we pamper our hams. We constantly visit the drying room and personally select our pieces, which will then be displayed for sale in our store. We carefully choose the most perfect hams so that our customers have no problems when it comes to carving their ham by hand, which is so important to us.

At Sibaritas Ibéricos, every day we strive to perfect the art of hand-carving our hams. That’s why our ham carvers strive for perfection in the hand-slicing process every day. We pay great attention to both the slicing technique and the presentation on the plate, as it enhances the overall enjoyment of the ham.
